For our clients we provide all services in the field ofindustrial designs. As in the case of patents and utility models, we processsearches and applications for industrial designs. We also assess the legalpurity of the design.
If clients are interested, we also provide design protectionabroad. We therefore represent clients both before the national IndustrialProperty Office and before the European Union Intellectual Property Office(EUIPO). We also defend clients' interests in court proceedings as well as administrative proceedings (in particular before customs administration and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority).
