© 2009 – 2022 artpatent, advokátní kancelář s.r.o.Information for consumers: The Czech Bar Association was entrusted by the Ministry ofIndustry and Trade of the Czech Republic with the out-of-court settlement ofconsumer disputes in the area of disputes between an attorney at law and aconsumer arising from Agreement to Provide Legal Services (on the basis of ActNo. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer protection, as amended). The website of thisauthorized entity is www.cak.cz. In the event of a dispute between a consumerand an attorney at law that cannot be settled directly between the parties, theconsumer may contact the Czech Bar Association directly. The conciliation boardof the Czech Bar Association is entrusted with the performance of out-of-courtsettlement of consumer disputes. For the purposes of out-of-court settlement ofdisputes, the conciliation of attorneys at law code shall be used appropriately(Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Czech Bar Association No. 2/1998of the Gazette, which regulates conciliation proceedings).
